Our history

CKJ Steel was founded in 1993 by Carsten K. Jensen, who is still the owner of the company and its CEO.

To begin with, CKJ Steel was mainly engaged in traditional forging activities. However, stainless steel solutions soon began to take up more and more space in the order book, followed by pressure vessels and pipe systems for processing facilities.

These became a strategic focus area of CKJ Steel, which has built up quite unique competences and deep insight into the very special requirements advanced by businesses and authorities all over the world for processing facilities. These requirement comprise aspects such as quality, safety, documentation and traceability.

Today, CKJ Steel is a leading supplier in the market for pressure vessels and pipe systems for processing facilities for medico, biotech, food, offshore, energy and manufacturing industry businesses, etc.

CKJ Steel's success rests on the most competent employees, regular continuing education and a completely indispensable principle of excellent quality in every aspect of the work performed by CKJ Steel.

CKJ Steel has its own engineering department and is able to participate in all project phases. From specification and design to construction, assembly, FAT and SAT.
In addition, CKJ Steel performs passivation, decontamination and resetting as well as all aspects of forging.
